"Shane is the founder of 5 Stones Fight Club Inc. He has over 20 years of coaching experience that includes wrestling, boxing, submission grappling and strength training.
At 5 Stones, Shane instructs wrestling, submission grappling and strength training classes. As the executive director, he oversees all of 5 Stones’ ministry operations locally, regionally, and internationally."

Men's Breakfasts
Calling all men 12 years and older! There will be a Men's Ministry Breakfast here at the church from 8:30 - 11:00am on Sept. 14. Come out for a time of good food, fellowship and hearing a short messages from a special speaker.

Anchoredman Boot Camp
The purpose of the Anchoredman Bootcamp is to make better men and to prepare them for the mission ahead. This video based curriculum makes spiritual growth less boring and more doable for men. As a result, men get the basic skills needed to better connect with God and others, becoming better leaders and protectors of those they love the most.
