The Impact Palmyra community gardens are growing beautifully! Sunday, September 1, is Switch Sunday! This is the day that children switch to their new class/grade. The following groups of children will be moving into a new area: those going to Kindergarten in 2020; those going to Kindergarten this year; those going into Grade 5, those going into Grade 7 and those going into Grade 9. This year’s annual school prayer walk will be held next Saturday, August 24 at 9:00 am. Prayer walking is onsite intercession, praying in the location that we expect God to bring forth His answers and His blessings. We’ll meet in the church parking lot and then, in two different groups, walk to either Pine Street Elementary or Palmyra High School. Sunday, September 15 marks the launch of our church-wide event, Focus. This ten-week teaching series will walk through the core beliefs of Christianity in a clear and comprehensive way, equipping us with an easy-to-understand Christian worldview—helping us to both share our faith with other and faithfully navigate a world where the truth is contested at every turn.
